Delete Your Account

The BookThe90 futsal app is published by Nikitas Neofytou. This page explains how to delete your BookThe90 account, what deletion removes and what is kept. You do not need the app installed to read it or to request deletion.

Delete your account in the app

Open BookThe90 and go to Profile → Account settings → Delete account. Type DELETE to confirm. The account is deleted straight away — this is self-service and does not require contacting us.

Request deletion by email

If you no longer have the app, email support@bookthe90.com with the subject Account deletion request. Send it from the email address on the account so we can identify it. We action requests within 30 days of receiving them.

What deletion removes

• Your account and profile — name, email address, phone number, date of birth, photo, preferred position and preferred foot.
• All of your bookings, past and upcoming. Upcoming bookings are cancelled first.
• Your messages in booking chats and match chats.
• Your match invitations, and your tournament and league team memberships.
• Your player rating and its history.

What is kept, and why

Nothing that is tied to you as a person.

• Past team line-ups and recorded results keep the fixture, but you are unlinked from it. Scores that other players rely on stay intact, and your place in them becomes anonymous.
• Payment records that Stripe is legally required to retain for tax and anti-fraud purposes. These are held by Stripe, our payment processor, not by BookThe90.

When deletion is blocked

The app refuses deletion in three cases and tells you which one applies:

• You are organising an upcoming open match — cancel the match first.
• You are the captain of a tournament team — hand the team over to another player, or withdraw it.
• The account owns a venue — venue accounts cannot be deleted from inside the app. Contact us at support@bookthe90.com.

Retention

Deletion is immediate once you confirm it. There is no grace period and it cannot be undone. To use BookThe90 again afterwards you would need to create a new account.
